Unique, Powerful, and Easy to Get Started
Tría is an online ordering platform that saves restaurants, on average, $3,500 a month. We do not charge you processing or commission fees. Other third-party delivery platforms have commissions as much as 30 percent. Some restaurants say not only is that not worth it — but the apps run by those platforms engage in shady practices that actively rip them off. At Tría, we don’t do that. Instead, we work diligently to fill a desperate need for those in the foodservice industry. How do we do this? Well, more than ever, today’s restaurants need an online ordering platform that lets you keep your independence—and 100% of your revenue.
It can’t get much better than that, can it? So let’s quickly go over the Tría requirements, which discuss what we need from you, as well as what you can expect from us.
Filling Out a Merchant Application
First, you need to fill out a Tría merchant application. If your restaurant currently accepts credit or debit cards, then you have likely completed one of these in the past. Naturally you might wonder: “Does signing the Tría merchant application mean I have to change my current processing?” That’s a great question. And the answer is no, you do not have to change anything with your current setup. Tría is an add-on feature, which means that however your restaurant is currently set up is fine. You don’t need to change a thing.
What is our Boarding Process?
Once you complete your merchant application, you submit it and a copy of your menu. A Tría coach then creates your Online Ordering account. Your menu will be available on the Tría platform within 24 to 48 hours. The menu items and modifiers that we build are based on the menu you provide, so accuracy and attention to detail are very important. We want to make sure that your customers feel like the menu is all-inclusive, and that it never inhibits their dining experience. For the fastest boarding possible, we recommend you submit a PDF file. This gives us the ability to copy and paste your content, and it helps expedite the boarding process.
Administrative Email
After your merchant application is approved, and we have boarded your menu to your Tría account, you will receive an email from a Tría coach. It will outline all of the account information needed to begin using the Tría platform. This email will also include administrative login credentials and a storefront URL, as well as links to our exclusive tutorial library. This library will guide you through an array of tasks on platforms such as Google My Business, Facebook Business Listings, Yelp, and more.
Scheduling Training
Also included in the administrative email is a link to the Tría team calendar. (Please note: it is essential that you schedule a time and date for your training as soon as possible. For scheduling purposes, please remember that training normally takes anywhere from one hour to 90 minutes.) After your training is scheduled, a Tría coach will prepare your Star cloud-enabled printer and ship it to your designated shipping address. Your training will include the basics about every feature of your account—because our goal is for you to successfully run your own Tría account.
The basics are the foundation for the house—which is your own online ordering platform—we are about to build. And like any other structure, without a strong foundation, everything else will crumble. Basic training helps ensure that your account enjoys the same level of success experienced by our other merchants who have implemented these same practices.
Tría Coaching
During coaching, we teach you techniques that stimulate sales and increase revenue. We carefully consider achievable and sustainable goals specifically designed for your restaurant. Then, together, we develop a realistic plan for completing each goal.
More advanced coaching is available, but it can only begin after your basic training has been completed. Every Tría account is credited with two 30 minute coaching sessions per month. Please feel free to discuss this with a Tría team member during the training process.
Coaching is rarely a benefit you will find in other online ordering platforms–if ever. We have done our due diligence. We have researched and carefully observed the general practices implemented by other online ordering platforms. In all that time we have yet to find another platform that offers its participants free coaching. We believe this is a huge oversight. Here at Tría, teaming up together to create an avenue for better communication and increased revenue has truly been a game-changer for our current members.
